My bet would be on fluid. Are you weighing yourself in the morning only before you eat? Weights can fluctuate 5 lbs throughout the day.

You look AMAZING! Good for you! What an inspiration! Did you find that it came off a lot slower the closer you got to your goal? I have almost the same amount of weight to loose.

We can be crazy *****es together. Yeah, mine only happened when I first began exercising in general. Now I feel great when I work out no 'relapses' . You may be on to something with the hormone theory.

I became overly sensitive about the first week and a half that I began working out. It was no where near TOM. I live in Prescott Arizona in the mountains. I usually hike at Thumb Butte. I just found out that there is a trail less than five mins from my house that takes you by some 300 year old Native American petroglyphs so I will definitely be checking that out soon! Welcome! My total weight loss will be 50 lbs so I understand! Think of it as a lifestyle change though not just a diet. You'll develop good habits that will keep you healthy and at your healthy size when all this is done. :)

Okay. Since my Monday is coming to an end here is how I did. Exercise: 115 min walking 3 mph 120 min light cleaning Water: I stopped counting at ten glasses. I NEEDED it too! I feel like a million bucks. Food: Under my daily goal. Hope everyone else had a good day! -Nikki

Good morning all from here in Arizona! Hello newcomers! Feel free to add me as well. To achieve this we need to lose 3 lbs per week. Some things I've done is to take wheat from my diet as well as watch any and all sugar intake and of course no soda's. Let's start 2011 off with a healthier body!
