A few days ago I made a delicious salad with raw kale, chopped peppers, snow peas, cucumber, and red quinoa. The dressing was lemon juice, ginger, and oil. I eyeballed the ingrediants but I can type out the recipe if anyone is interested :)

Hi there, I take a TON of vitamins and suppliments a day for different things and I find that taking a papaya just before or with helps me digest them bettter. Google 'papaya enzyme pill benefit' or something like that to see. Hope to have helped

Crystal Light is very unhealthy. I drank a lot of it before I found out what it was doing to my body. Have you tried adding lots of ice or lemon? I have also found that different brands of bottled water taste different.

Same here :) I find meat takes up a lot of those calories so meat is a splurge thing for me!
