No.. I thought I would and began allowing myself one cheat day a week and gained all of my weight back. I started allowing myself a cheat meal instead of an entire cheat day and lost/maintained a bit better. It's different for everyone though, I guess it just depends on your willpower and definition of "cheat."

Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate. Just 25 calories and takes a while to finish, so I'm not left wanting more.

Guys don't waste your time with these. I just made a batch and they're gross. They could be improved with other ingredients, but to make them taste better, they wouldn't be low cal anymore.
