I am the one who didn’t stick with it! 😂 and here I am back again! I find the community a lot to navigate compared to the activity feed tho. It’s sad because I really like logging here. It’s simple but I enjoy interaction too.

I did the PP program too! I honestly did GREAT doing it, I started using MFP because it was free after doing nothing for years. I lost 100lbs on MFP but have since gained 80 of it back....I know MFP works but sometimes the accountability of weighing in also works with WW.

SAME! Flex was AWESOME! I lost 40lbs on that, why they keep changing it when it works is besides me, except to sell new books and foods....I lost over 100lbs on MFP two years ago but due to life stuff have gained 60 back. So today I'm starting again! Looking for new friends as well! Thanks for your post :smile:

WOW! This one ^^^^ nailed it for me! I'm at the sobbing point right now. I've lost weight before, but its the thought of how much weight I have to lose now. I am now 100 lbs overweight. I've had two kids and never weighed this much even pregnant. Its' out of control. I too am trying to find the motivation to start again.

60lbs in THREE months? do tell what your diet was! I have the NutriBullet and love it, why would anyone not? Its easy to use and easy to clean. I HATE salads but now get my spinach in almost daily!

OH! One more thing to help you out. One weight watchers point that your allowed is equal to about 50-55 calories. So you can easily figure out how many points you'd be allowed :)
