I haven’t done WW in 10 years but have thought about joining for support. Their new plan confuses me though. Wondering is anyone doing both? Logging on both? Would love input! Thanks!!

Yes, I am doing both! I get 23 Freestyle points. You can also get fitness points. Of course you can rollover any points not used for the following day. Both apps help me. I think i will choose MyFitness Pal instead of WW since it's free. My free trial is up on 08/04.1

I became a WW Lifetime member using PointsPlus. I loved that program and used it to transition to WW Simply Filling Technique. I gained the weight back and signed up for Freestyle in January. I found myself forced to double-track with MFP because I was constantly over my points with WW but still hungry. Bottom line, I was frequently over points but way under calories consumed. In an effort to get you to eat fewer high carb/fat treats, they've assigned needlessly high points to those foods IMO.
You can do a search on this site for discussions about Freestyle. I know some people who love it. I'm just not willing to pay for a program if I have to do extra work somewhere else to make it work for me.1 -

I did the PP program too! I honestly did GREAT doing it, I started using MFP because it was free after doing nothing for years. I lost 100lbs on MFP but have since gained 80 of it back....I know MFP works but sometimes the accountability of weighing in also works with WW.0 -
I just signed up yesterday.1
