I had this in both feet and after PT, and splints and boots and everything else I finally had surgery on both feet several years apart. Long story short with lots of work and rest and now losing 30+ lbs I'm good!

Also if you have a SOMA near you, they have large sizes as well. I started out a 40 DDD and I'm now a 36 DD. They have all kinds of bras and styles for larger endowed women and they are REAL bras, not like that unrealistic crap VS throws at you.

BTW...I'm not a fan of these but my sister loves them. Make sure you rinse them REALLLLLY well because they have a funky fishy smell to them. Pat them dry them well with a paper towel before you use them.

I know that Whole Foods carries them but also my local grocery carries them in the organic section of the fresh produce.
