CRUNCH vs LA Fitness
Hi, Currently a member of LA Fitness near my house. They are opening a CRUNCH also right near the house. LA is $30 a month and CRUNCH is $20 (for gym + classes). Any feedback on CRUNCH?

Why isn't the reg treadmill listed in the database.
I see "Stair-treadmill ergometer, general" listed as a cardio exercise, but according to my trainer, that is not the regular treadmill that most people use at the gym. It's like the Stair-Master. Why isn't the reg old treadmill there?

Aquafit and my hair!
So I love my aquafit class at LA Fitness. I'm doing it several times a week. My hair is suffering. It's color treated and the chlorine is bleaching out my color. 32 down....still goin...
I got to see a picture of myself from June of this year. I was at a wedding and thought I looked good....LOL. Here I am today as well. 32 lbs down and still going strong.
