  • Very true, everyone is different! I have a friend who just lost 40 lbs and has lost her boobs, and my weight has always fluctuated and honestly, I've never lost my boobs.
  • For the people saying Color Run, do it! I did it with my friends (even at our not most fit point) and it was so fun and really got us motivated to keep going with our goals. I say, do it now, and just make goals to make your time better, run more than walk next time, etc. =]

  • Have you tried the Jergen's stuff yourself? I have almost invisible stretch marks and they're tiny (I' m lucky) but *I* know they're there and it makes me too self conscious.

  • I usually start with one of the naked smoothies, and a 1 oz chunk of sharp cheddar cheese. I'll snack on fresh fruit until lunch time :)
