This is so depressing, I was hoping someone would say they had no problem, but I have yet to see this.Apparently the bile is constantly running into intestines and storing fat and not breaking anything down, whereas with the gallbladder a much stronger bile breaks down everything and uses some and eliminates the rest. I…

No, you are not alone as I am having the same problem...I had lost weight several years ago and was doing just great, then last July I had my gallbladder out and have been slowly gaining weight and nothing seems to help. I went to a chiropractor and he gave me digestive enzymes that are supposed to help with the breakdown…

So glad you are feeling better and from what I hear people do tend to feel much better, also thanks for the info on the weight gain thing. I was thinking of taking bile salts whatever they are, will have to check into it, good luck on your journey and as we all know not an easy one. However, the people on tis website are…

You should get a reduction, I did and it wasn't affected by having kids, best thing I ever did in my life.

Hi, I wonder what it means when it says if you ate like this for et. you would weigh etc...I haven't kept the food journal up as I keep my weight watcher tracker up but I know from tracking it that I stay around 1200 to 1350 calories and really don't lose any weight on that..I am 5ft 5in and weigh 146 lbs and go down 2 lbs…

Hi, I have to agree as I have 6 lbs to lose and mite as well be 60 as it just won't come off, very frustrating.
-
Hi you said it came out to 173 cals, do you know the fat calories?
-
Someoe mentioned whipped cream, great idea, but I sprinkle confectioners sugar in a shaker on top over the surface when cooled...hard to wait tho...
-
Yuk!

I agree completely, too much flirting, inuendos and sexual talk has its place but not here, take it to private emails but somehow the people that promote that type of conversation don't seem to want it to be private, rather they seem to want everyone to read it, why?

THIS IS ALL TOO WEIRD.

I also agree, am so glad their are moderators as people always push the envelope and I believe the majority of people are concerned with their weight and trying to eat healthier and help each other...there are always bored people looking for things that aren't in everyones best interest, keep up the good work, thank you…

Hi, I did see someone else make it with yellow cake mix, never tried that combo tho.
-
Hi, I see on the post you mentioned pumpkin pie filling, don"t use that, it has to be plain pumpkin with nothing in it..good luck.
-
Wonderful!!! Congrats...how did you do it? I keep to my 1200 cals a day and aam sooooo stuck, any tips? So appreciate your help.

It is a cross between cake and brownie but really fudgey, honestly I love it so much I have to freeze it but then eat it half frozen as I can't wait for it to thaw out..lol...use 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

You are welcome but I forgot to mention:blushing: you need 1/2 tsp of cinnamon..sorry.

As for cals, just look at cake mix where it tells you cals it will say "dry mix" for one amt of cals and it will say "Prepared" for another cal count that has eggs oil etc..nothing but fiber for pumpkin.
