  • Great...I will gradually catch on, am doing better, now f I could only lose some pounds but am trying hard and am going to try to eat healthier, I do have awful eating haabits..thanks again

  • Hang in there, when I started differnt dets several years ago I had 38 lbs to lose and lost all but 7..it can be done and you are here thats what counts....lots of good advice out there...gandydancer

  • Hi eryone thanks for looking at my diary I do drink water but forget to log it and I do exercise a lot and usually don't put it in, will try to eat healthier, I don't eat much dairy as I have a mental thing about milk or yogurt, eggs etc
  • I feel for you as well because it is disharteening to try and try and get nowhere...I was able to open my diary but never logged my water or liquids, forgot all about thaat, will do better...gandydancer

  • Hi, are you saying you should eaat at least the 1200? I can't lose anything in 3 weeks, tracking, eating some junk food, but never going over 1200 and usually under and exercising and raarely use the exercise calories, any tips?

  • Wow, would never buy anything on internet, I have heard such horror stories...I have tried several different types of Hoodia and a big zero!!! I was told the amount you would need wouldever fit in a pill...wish there was something out there...but Hoodia isn't it.

  • Hi, My understanding is that the steps and the speed doing them is what makes up the 5 mile (for instance)..Also a trainer told me that if you jog for say 45 minutes and walk for 45 minutes you burn more running, however if you run a certain distance and walk that same distance it takes longer to walk it but it is the same…

  • Thanks for the encouraging words, but I am staying right under all of the required amounts, a few times went over by 5 or 6 thatss it..it seems crazy to me, can't imagine this will work for me,.

  • No I don't think so, you just like to see the total of things, I am the same way. I am new but am discouraged, I haven't lost an ounce and I am staying just under the 1200 calories, I don't understand it. I have been in here for 10 days. Any help?
