Haha this is funny. I thought I was the only one. I usually grad my stomach and back fat to see how far I've come. I always lose it first in my back, so it's a good way to determine my progress :)

So I'm now a week in, and I have to say I'm glad I only weigh in once a week. I can definitely see myself wanting to weigh in every morning but I think I'd get obsessed with it. I was excited about my 2.6 weight loss this week and I think I will look forward to that every Monday morning. I may do a weigh in on Thursday…

YES! And I love it!! I started using Shakeology a couple months ago and its the best protein shake I've ever tried before. I went without it for about 2 months and missed it. The only downside is that its rather pricy BUT its very worth it. Helps with your digestive system (you can tell it's working after about 10 mins).…

I have the Mizuno Wave Alchemy and they have been the only shoe I wear when training for my half marathons. I can always tell when its time to get new running shoes because i get shin splints as well.
