I'm pretty frustrated! I have been eating for the most part (85% of the time) clean, and healthy, right portions, working out at least 5x a day, sometimes 2x a day... and the scale hasnt moved!! How do you calculate calories burned for Insanity/P90X?
How do you calculate calories burned for Insanity/P90X? I'm trying to figure out how many calories I burn when doing certain dvd's and its not listed as a workout and I do not have a HRM...Suggestions? What do those of you who do Insanity/P90X do to count those exercise calories?

How often do you weigh yourself?
I'm curious to see how often everyone weighs and why you weigh that often or not? I feel like if I weighed in every day I would be discouraged. But maybe it would be better. Thoughts?
