Sorry people!! I meant 5 times a week and i actually just realized my diary is open for friends only. But thanks for the support/suggestions. I think I'm also going to have a talk with my trainer and see what foods i should be eating with my current exercise schedule.

Yeah the HIIT workouts are definitely tough! But this morning I did the "new to class" option and it was SO much better... I felt more coordinated and got a better workout when it was broken down. So far I'm loving it! :)

Got up at 6am to start this morning. I quickly found out that I am faaaarrr from coordinated! Haha! Next time I will press the "new to class" option. What time are all of you doing it today? :)

Ive had the same experience. I am comfortable in my own home in my skin, but when I am in public and have to show myself, it makes me totally aware of my body.

I sit down in an office all day but I workout at least 5-6 times a week hard. I still put that I'm sedentary because if you look at the options, its mainly about your job and what you do all day...not the added exercise you get in.

It's hard to tell for me. When I went on the pill is also the same time that I quit going to my boot camp/personal trainer and have gained 20 pounds since then.
