My watches are all loose now. Just a slight indication of a NSV. Where they used to be tight, they're now falling down my wrist.

that's a pretty cool NSV.... sometimes it's the 'strange' ones that we notice that make us realize that this is actually working...
someone posted a week or so ago that she usually puts her eye glasses on her thigh when she takes them off... and they kept falling down... because her thigh wasn't as big....

    i love these NSV's the best... :)

    keep up the good work...

While I don't wear a watch, the keys to the lockers at the gym are on a wrist strap, and I noticed that I can do that up comfortably one notch smaller than I used to :)

I've already taken one watch and had an extra link removed because of this.

I haven't decided if I'm going to take any out or not.

A wrist watch doesn't do much good when you have to pull your sleeve up to your elbow to see it! Great job!

It takes some getting used to, I need to take my other watch and have a link taken out.

I'm wearing it today and it's driving me crazy

Mine is loose, too! It's funny to me that you can lose weight in your wrist! I'll take it!
