  • i try not to eat after 7 or 8pm, so you have to try and get all your calories in during the day. try to eat about 5 times a day. I do a small breakfast, then lunch, a snack, dinner and a snack around 7pm :) Good luck and welcome to MFP!

  • Welcome to MFP! It is a great tool for helping you to stay accountable for what you eat. I was on here before and lost weight...then I quit and gained even more weight back! But I am back and ready to do it again. Good luck and get connected with people, that helps too :)
