I am also 5'2 1/2 and stuck in my 160s. I must admit I havent been super strict on my diet but it has been hard getting through these ten pounds. I totally understand how you feel! Today I start working out with a trainer. I hope that helps.

I like to mix it up to keep it interesting. I go to the gym, go running, yoga on youtube, zumba class or dance with my Xbox Kinect. If I do the same thing everyday I get bored quickly.. I try to do something everyday.

LOL! I was actually thinking that today in the gym. I was looking around and the gym seemed so much emptier than the past few weeks. Though, I am a newbie also. Let's see if I make it to March.

I am 5'2 1/2" My SW was 185 currently at 167 (after a recent gain) and I am now back on track to my goal of 145. I am currently eating a net 1200 calories.

I didnt get any comments until I lost 25 lbs and Im quite short. As others have said, sometimes people dont want to say anything because weight is a sensitive subject. I does feel good to hear the compliments, but regardless you should feel proud of what you have accomplished.

I unlocked it now. I appreciate your help. I have not been eating much fish, other than the occasional tuna sandwich.

I do get one day off a week. Just lately I feel so tired I feel like not working out at all.

I am currently doing Insanity. It is a hard workout, but so worth it!
