Jillian Michaels will be my BFF during the week and saturdays are for training to walk long distances (half marathon in feb)...also, doing low carb - that seems to work best for me.

Oops! I messed up, I posted my starting weight on the other post. But here it is again SW 155.8 GW 145 Weigh ins 3x a week is great!! i cant help but get on the scale every morning anyways lol

I just started this week and I like it. It's not just low carb, it pushes me to eat more fruits and veggies also (so it can't be bad!).
