Spaghetti Bolognese!!! I use soya mince instead of normal mince meat and wholewheat spaghetti! only 300cals a (a big) serving for dinner!

My dietician told me to get on multivit... Becoz although we eating balanced, we still eating less, and lacking in alota essential vitamins like calcium iron and vitamin B ( which is good for metabilsim) even doctor oz said that multivit are essential if you doing a eating or workout plan!

I gave up all sodas juices any bottled drink , everything! I only drink water and rooibos tea now.... I feel much better.... all those sugar are bad, dont be fooled by diet sodas

I wouldnt say under 1200 is starving most days im under that and i dont feel starved

I also just eat my 1200 i never eat my exercise calories back, although MFP says we must....

Fat free Cottage cheese on a baked potato with a dash of basil pesto is delish for supper! Even on toast !
