Thanks so much guys great tips. I've been struggling abit to keep off the snacks but i think it's just habit of going straight to the fridge when i get home from work!! In time i can change the way i think. And everytime i'm hungry i try and head to the fruit bowl!! Great tips on the protein i will deffinatly take that…
