Rats - I only made 14k yesterday - felt really yucky in the afternoon and took 2 naps - felt much better after the second and did walk to the produce market to get in some steps...off to the treadmill shortly.... We can do this!

polenta is corn meal - it is super hearty and the creamy version in the microwave is nom nom nom.... you can also buy it in tubes and slice into rounds and brown in some EVOO - some people make it with milk and water and sweeten it up - I don't have much of a sweet tooth so we go savory..... give it a try....

we have been eating a ton of polenta and eggs in the morning.....it keeps you well sated for a really long time quick cook in the microwave (8-9 minutes) we make it with chicken broth and add poached eggs on top! DELISH also a quick tortilla espanola or frittata with any left over veggies from the night before....

TOTALLY! I was a preschool director for years and then a school age program director for 25 years. The boys LOVED playing with the house and the families... We had to work out schedules for who & when they were used... however I would say that usually it was just a group of kids both boys and girls

nom nom nom---- how about some polenta - different kinds of beans - and pineapples, mangos n berries? I'm heading to the produce market this morning and to the grocery as well..... I walk there ( about 1.5 miles ) and take my rolly backpack - get in some stepping and fresh air as well.
