morning all and happy Saturday! Just getting moving... time for a latte - snuggles on the couch - bird watching and a crossword puzzle - Our morning ritual --then we hit the gym. first time here... will make the attempt to check in frequently.... I am a THYCA survivor....my metabolism is way off.... but slow and steady wins the race.... 10 years ago I was 350lb ++ I lost 200 and stayed there for 3 years.... pulled pork!! cover the meat with root beer (I use diet) cook on low for 6-8 hours...Take the pork out---shred with a fork add your favorite bbq sauce (I like Kinders) - a vinegar slaw on the side......mmmmmmmmm

I don't know too much either... just been using them in my 'no cook' refrigerator oatmeal recipes.....which are slammin good.. sometimes I throw them into a shake

zucchini tater tots.... 15 calories each.... they are super yummy..... baked zucchini fries.....grilled zucchini ----grated into omelets---any combo of fresh veggies tossed and a quick stir fry.... yummmo

have you tried the refrigerator oatmeal? there are so many... you need to make them the night before... and such a variety..... I just use a lock&lock plastic container (although the mason jars are fun and cute when at home)
