Low cal omlet 1 scrambled egg 1 slice ham diced 1/4 cup of shredded 2% cloby jack cheese Cook the egg first , then add the ham. Wait til fully cooked. Transfer it to a plat and add the cheese from to the inside and outside. Your done! TA DA!

I am the same way, but when I over eat at night my family makes fun of me. I just learn to think it through and see if it's worth it.

I don't see why not. As long as you don't go under 1200 calories a day. That is how your body goes into starvation mode.

They count. It's not only calories but a lot of natural suger so sorry they do count.

Studies show that if you eat under 1200 calories a day then your body will go into starvation mode. If you are hungrey eat at least 20 grams of protein that will fill you up and increase your metabolism.
