Using my vivofit bracelet, my goal is to cover 4.6 miles (138 total), regardless of how--hiking, walking, running, everyday walking around.

Oh, I love it! It's enough that it's worth it, but it's low enough to be easy if you spread it out over the month. What an awesome idea :)

Awesome-I'm in! ETA: Oh lawd. I thought it said 30 crunches and I thought, "Easy enough! Why would I need to break that up?" Well, I've already committed so 300 it is. I think I *will* have to break it up, though!
