ive just been running in my old addidas trainers.. i may have to invest in a new pair!! its very frustrating as ive hit a plateau, ive not lost in weeks, i was losing 1-2lbs a week but now im in a healthy weight its stuck, i started running to try and boost it!! thanks :smile:

you need an extra 500 cals to keep your supply up, there is actually a 'food' for it, if you search 'breastfeeding mom' it add's and extra 500 cals plus 10 carbs and some protein and fat. to keep your supply up eat pleantly of oats (its really good for supply for some reason lol!) also there is a suppliment called…

true you dont lose the weight but you need it to feed your baby, i tried just the 1260 cals i was allowed and my supply dipped and my baby got stressed. im losing an avarage of 2lbs a week at the mo following mfp with the extra 500cals! (but im also walking a lot with my baby in the sling :D)

when adding food if you type in 'breastfeeding' you get a selection of options, pick 'breastfeeding mom' and you get an extra 500 cals :0) also anything with oats is good for your supply! hope that helps!

i was a nightmare for chocolate hobnobs but now im biscuit free lol!! my weakness is kfc (i was anti kfc pre baby but craved it in pregnancy and still have a weakness for it) and chinese! i also find yoghurts helpful for a sweet fix, i allow myself one treat day a week too as i go crazy otherwise!
