i live in a very hilly town and carry my almost 5 month old 17lb baby in a sling and push my 30lb toddler in the stroller. i usually only add the calories from 'walking carrying infant or 15lb' but i started to think that maybe i should be adding more to incorperate the pushchair pushing (and the hills lol!) i seem to be on a bit of a pause with my weight loss at the mo and im wondering if im not eating enough.
im under doctors orders not to run or do any medium/high impact exercise for 4 weeks

have you thought of buying a HRM so you can log the exact amount of calories. The numbers in this data base for exercise are guesses at best and in no way accurate.0

I would look into a HRM.0

if you are in the UK I bought one at Tescos for GBP25 works ok!
that said, personally I wouldn't bother logging walking of any kind it really doens't burn that many calories unless you really do a lot of it.0
