I'm 5'2" CW: 174kg/ 11.5 stone/163lbs I'm aiming to be 9.5st Shorter women look so fat and if you also dont have a shapely figure (no boobs, no hips) Most clothes just dont fatter.

I'm doing the 'Intense' however I can do the whole DVD yet I am only managing to do sections. The Cardio is hard. I think the trainers are excellent. Fed up with The Shred.

20 mins of aerobic style workout is 120 - 180 calories. Agree max 400 on 45min workout. I'm on Intense and cant do the whole one yet. Quick estimate say 10 calories for 1 min.

I'm swtiching from 'The Shred' to 'Intense' I find it a better workout and the HIIT is going to build up my strength. The ABS section is brill and a killer. I am also going a kettlebells class once a week and trying to swim (time is a prob from me).

would say its pretty obvious if you eat the basics, taking out sugars, carbs etc that you will lose weight.
