I track calories. I don't think of it as dieting. Just eating the way I should have my whole life. I have really expanded my cooking skills since starting mfp too. I find healthy alternative and recipes to foods I love. And they usually taste just as good or better =)

Thanks everyone! I get it now!! =) I have always "dieted" So people have already looked at the labels for me and said eat this not that. Never explained why. Now that I'm not dieting and just eating healthy, I am having to understand all this! LOL But I'm getting there! =) Thanks for the help!

I am a turbo Jammer! I love it! My husband and me do them every night! I am working up through the beachbody products haha. Next I'm doing Turbo Fire then some p90x and then insanity. Gotta change it up haha!! =)

I LOVE turbo jams. My husband does it with me. Its a mix of dance and kickboxing. Lots of kicks and punches. We live it and it works you out! Its by team beachbody.

8 weeks 2 days without a cigarette! Saved $417 and resisted 1669 cigarettes! =) I feel so much better, being smoke free for over two months and down 12 pounds! Already a new me!

If it goes bad then its good for your body! =) Just remember that when you decide to eat those McDonalds Fries that never EVER go bad! YUCK!

I have decided to look at MFP as a way to help me get healthy! NOT dieting! And as for working out, I consider it as Training for the Color Run next year in Louisville, KY with an amazing side affect of losing weight. =D Looking at it differently helps me stay on track =)

I have been weighing myself everyday. granted I have only started, but it helps me see what is working and what isn't. There are days when it goes up and It just gives me a goal to make better choices that day. I can look back at that days log and see why I didn't change or went up. I prefer to weigh everyday. =)

I wonder this too. I try really hard to eat healthy and stay within my calorie goal, which sometimes I end up using a couple of my exercise calories (which I don't like to do). Since starting MFP I have been eating a lot better. Mainly because I want to stay under those calories, so in turn I am still eating what I want, just wanting something different now. We don't eat Fast Food as much and even when I do eat out, its nothing like I used to eat. I love that with MFP I am making better choices!…

Haven't experienced my TOM while using MFP so I can't really say yet. But it will be interesting to find out since I don't really have a TOM beside symptoms due to IUD.

Hi guys! I started MyFitnessPal at 315 and proud to say That I am only 6 pounds away from breaking through that 300lb mark! I can't wait to see myself under 300 again! Its will be great!!
