Pretty much any fruit and veggie is juicable. So far my favorite is 2 apples 1 orange and a large carrot. Yumm. Veggie juices take some time to get used to but they are so healthy for you. I am not a fan of machines to workout with. Your body is all you need. I prefer to run outside. It also helps me push myself harder and set goals for myself. I also feel like im going mo where on a machine so I prefer the every hanging scenery of the outdoors. =)

I think it's not necessarily about mfp, but you being ready to lose it. Your not going to change your habits unless you really want to. You have to finally commit to eating healthy and working out. Mfp is just one amazing tool to help you reach your goal. It makes tracking your food easier. And at your fingertips.

I try to keep all my meals around the same. But dinner usually takes the highest amount of calories. Some days I'll keep them all around the same calories, but not all the time. I think as long as you eat the right food and feel good about what your eating it doesn't really matter. Just make sure your body is happy and…
