It is deinately hard to stay away from soy. I wish there were more options. I gotta make me some more seitan

I will have to look into soy protein powder. I try to stay away from it since I eat other soy products. I am worried Im gonna get too much

I mainly use Spirutein which is tasty but has a lot of sugar. I know that most hemp protein powders taste like @ss but they are a great source of complete protein. I have Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70. It is not very tasty but has a lot of protein in it.

I started the NEW Rules For Lifting program and have been eating around 130-150 grams of protein per day on a vegan diet. It is so hard to do! Plus the book states you need to keep your macros at 40/30/30. This is even harder as I keep going over my carbs. Anyone else have any luck with this?

I agree, MapMyRun is by far the best free ap I have used. You can enter your HRM calories into it but it doesn't sync. Plus you can search thousands of runs around the city you live that people have already mapped out. Its pretty cool

When I went vegan (7 years ago), my food choices expanded greatly. I eat so many types of cuisines than I never tried as a meat eater. Like Indian, Thai, Ethiopian, Vietnamese, and Korean. I also broadened my mexican and chinese choices.
