I am definitely going to try and bump it up. I can always add a protein shake in the am, and figure out something else for later in the day. Did you have a certain macro goal you aimed for while on 1600 calories? Or just try to eat as clean as possible? Dare I ask, did you allow yourself any cheat meals? I'm hesitant to…

Your results are awesome!!! I'm beginning my third week of alpha, and my weight is the same as when I started, but I feel "tighter" and people are telling me I look slimmer. Haven't really lost any inches either, but my endurance has increased exponentially! I actually did a month 2 Insanity workout instead of my double…

You looks fantastic!!!! Awesome results! I'm starting week 3 alpha tomorrow - the first week I lost a pound, and then gained it back this week :( I also do 1200 cals a day and one cheat day a week. Usually on my "rest day" I go for a run, just to get a nice sweat. How many calories did you allow yourself during your cheat…

We sound very similar in our goals and how we are eating. I am currently on my first week of trying the 16/8 IF, and am eating around 1200 cals a day. How has it been working for you so far? Have you had any success?

I'm 5'3, about 130 pounds, and according to my heart rate monitor I burned 151 calories doing both the Lower and upper body workouts together, and then 182 during the Sweat workout. I also feel like I need to incorporate other excercises along with this workout, because it doesn't feel like enough. This past week I've done…

No pen and paper, everything was plugged into a calculator on the computer. There weren't any difficulties with the test. I tried to breathe as normal as possible and relax. Didn't eat anything or exercise prior to the test. Something to add that may be part of the problem is I am hypothyroid. My last blood test showed I…

She said eating that amount daily I would get to my goal weight of 120 by the end of March 2014. So def not a pound a week. I always thought my tdee was higher. I used to wear a fitbit daily and I never ended a day less than 1700 calories. I walk around a lot at work so I'm always on my feet, and I work out in the mornings…

Thanks everyone for your responses. I won't be able to respond till I get out of work later but to clarify a few things: 1. I'm 5'3. 2. 1140 was what the machine said my RMR was. After she plugged in my activity level and height and stuff in her comp she gave me the calorie level of 1280 for weight loss.

Have you ever tried weight watchers? I did it once in college and honestly it was the only thing I can ever say "worked" for me. I lost 7 pounds over 7 weeks. Albeit I was very hungry all the time and obsessed over my next meal, but it did take the weight off. I downloaded a points app and am actually giving it a go this…

Wow your story and stats are almost identical to mine! I actually made an appointment with my doctor because I don't understand why I can't lose these pounds! Unfortunately it's not till Dec...but please keep me posted on your results with netting at least 1200 a day. For the life of me I can't figure out what "the answer"…
