I'm struggling too. I'm type2 diabetic so i should really be under 90 grams a day but... It's a struggle. Working on it slowly to get at 90 g ir less. Same... I'm 5'3 at 166 and I'm pretty sure I'm an Apple body shape. My friends that are about the same weight carry it much better than i do... I'm all Boobs and stomach :s

More than numbers it should be about you feeling good that you're making changes and being active! Which you are so be proud of yourself! Ive been doing cheat meals once a week but ive always stayed under 2000 cals for the day... So i haven't really had huge set backs.. But now im scared to go over that intake...
