Oh curse you Thanksgiving fooderyyyyy
It's so hard to get back on track. Even if it was just one day... Bahhhhhh instead of eating my lunch that I've already prepped... I ate deliciously bad for me things instead... Hahhaa ohhhh damn it. Anyone else having a hard time getting back in the grind today?

Hitting a motivation wall
I feel like I'm losing motivation... I'm cranky.. I'm tired... I'm becoming less enthused each day and focusing too much on calories and numbers... How did you guys get over this part?

Do any of you guys do meal replacement shakes Or protein shakes? Ok maybe not just too tired to eat but don't feel like putting something together for a meal..

Has anyone made these? Were you able to get the crust or flatbred consistancy with out a food processor?

Cheat meals or cheat days
How many extra calories do you consume on these days? And do you exercise on these days? I'm meeting up with friends tonight and so I'm using tonight as my cheat meal but I'm so nervous about how much i can go over in my cal intake... Any advice?

mile in 13.22 mins!
I know its not an impressive mile but I walk / jogged through it every other lamp post switching off. Its the best time i've made so far! This only pushes me to do it faster Tomorrow^^!

That you guys like thicker girls? Or is it just **** you say.. Because alot of guys have said to me that they do or "more cushion for the pushin" And ect ect but when they go into detail about what they think Is hot or when they check out other females, the women They oogle over are all usually skinny.. Wtfreak o.O

Are gaining and losing weight all based on calories? Or can you Gain a pound just from certain foods you eat that may not take you over 3500 cals that day?

I find it hard to keep my social life while i'm focusing on My weight loss journeys. Ex tonight i'm supposed to go to a big birthday Bash fit my friend but I don't wanna mess up on my diet... Plus I don't wanna See anyone till i'm close to my goal... An I the only one who struggles with this?
