Cauliflower pizza or margherita "flatbread"

Has anyone made these? Were you able to get the crust or flatbred consistancy with out a food processor?

I couldn't even get it to work with a food processor, but I haven't given up hope.0

I heard youbhad to drain the excess moisture out of it before you bake it. I'm going to try it this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes^_^0

^ This recipe is basically what I do, except i use a tea towel and tongs to squeeze out the liquid. You really have to get as much out as possible, or the base will fall apart.0
