Yes.... I'm a food addict.. Love everything about it.. The smell, the taste, chewing, swallowing, hell even digesting!
I've done well these past few days and then... Tonight I lost it..
I ate fast food... Alot of it >_<. I wasn't physically that hungry but
I got over whelmed and it just happened. I know its mental and emotional for me,
But I wanna get over this devasting relationship with food that I am constantly
In battle with. And tips , suggestions?

I would suggest joining a group or getting help with the underlying issues that are causing your unhealthy relationship with food. It's ok that you slipped up just don't let one bad day throw off your week0

I have been using the Becks Diet Solution, and it has really been helping me. There is a book and workbook that you can purchase. Plus you can follow them on Facebook for daily tips and sign up through their website for email newsletter. It really is a great program and has helped me work through my food issues.0
