I confess I lost control and over carbed today... I'm trying to lower my numbers because of my diabetes, but ... I guess the lack of carbs over the past few weeks were too much today... Ughhhh

I'm 31 and im 157. I lost about 20 something pounds but...Gained a few back... Need to get it back on track... 30 more pounds to go. Eeeeeeh

1490. I pre log my meals before so that i stay on track and i used to be pretty good about it... But lately it's been hard to want to eat at night so i end up deleting what I havent consumed

Prepping and pre logging helps some ppl stay on track. You dont need a gym membership. Start out with walks. There are tons of free workout vids on youtube. hasfit is my personal fave. They have beginners allllll the way to insanity style workouts. As for friends, tell them your goals of becoming healthier and so next time…
