You can there's alot of tutorials on YouTube but I find it more convenient to just buy mine, its easier to watch my calorie intake that way too

Oh! And play around with different spices it really saves you sometimes. And sometimes for new ideas I look up hcg recipes. Im not on hcg program but those dishes Are usually pretty clean and healthy^^
