For me: MFP HRM I know they are guesstimates but I like seeing how high I can get my heart rate during my workouts. Pre workout drinks Post workout drinks And my cool water bottle (it keeps me chugging all day). Good luck on your journey. It's not the destination but the journey that's important.

Are your workouts mixed? Like cardio and strength? I sometimes get overworked (at the beginning when I first started months ago) due to a my blood sugar being low. Not eating and breathing properly. I take pics everyday after my workouts. It's been 99 days since I started and I love looking at them to compare myself to myself. It helps when down to see how far I've come from. But that's just me.
