There is an english show called Skinny VS Fat with kids and teens :) they live together for a week or so, one anorexic, or a very very light eater, and one is obese and they swap meals and compare and learn together : D

Inches count more than what the scale says! The scale can't tell the difference between muscle and fat. Try the 20 day shred :) I have seen many amazing results with that and i'm doing it myself. I found some yummy dannon 80 calorie greek yogurt :) and theres those 90 calorie yoplait yogurts that are flavored like cakes and pies. and oatmeal is 150 calories for a whole cup of it. I'm on day 2 of level one~ Word of advice- wear proper shoes >.< I got epic calf cramps from the jumping jacks. Along side the soreness ha.. I had to half *kitten* the cardio parts and just did 20 mins on stationary bike to make up xD;

I have only made Kale chips. To do that you just take a piece, and slide all the leaves off of the stalk. The tutorial I saw said that the stalk isn't tender enough to eat..idk There may be a recipe using stalks, who knows. The stuff kinda tastes like spinach ha.

I have 4 water bottles I like to reuse ( the plastic 16.9oz ones) it is the only way I can get all 8 cups D:.. I drink them all plain, but around dinner or lunch time I add crystal light to one of them :)

I found my savior!- Oatmeal. Its only 150 calories for a cup and it fills you up and keeps you full :) I like to eat it for breakfast and then at night if I am running low on calories for the day because I know it will keep me full~

I look at it like this- The number of calories you have a day is already the 500 deficit. So even if you eat back your exercise calories you are still at the -500. You are just also building muscles.

Oh..and I just tried lvl 1 day 2 of the 30 day shred and my calves act up waaay too much to do the jumping jacks. ahhh :C i drank 8 cups yesterday and i drank 2 before starting >.<

Odd. Maybe try focusing the work on your abs rather than your throat? I personally used to strain my neck when i did crunches until she said to bring your throat up haha, but still, it should be done with your abs mostly.
