Breast Weight Making me overweight?
I have been wondering this for a while, but I just recently heard that the average D cup set can weight about 20 lbs. I myself am a DD. I've been wanting to lose about 20lbs too, but if i had smaller breasts i'd be my goal weight. Should I still be worried about my weight?? Maybe i'm just making an excuse to be lazy hahaha

What happens when you get sore from strength exercises? I know you need to be on a calorie surplus to gain muscle and that you lose muscle while on a calorie deficit. What do you do when you are sick as far as exercise goes? Obvously if you are like bed ridden then its out of the question haha, but I mean if you are miserable with a cold and a stuffy nose and lethargic, do you skip the day? Or does exercise help with it?

Should I be under 1200 calories?
I know 1200 seems to be the limit number here, but every other website says my BMR is like..1400-1500 and that would make my 500 calorie deficit 900-1000. So should I be eating less calories? Calf cramps >.<

So..I just worked out for an hour on a recumbent stationary bike at max tension at about 7MPH through out. ( or so my bike said). It said in that hour i burned 151.1 Calories.
