So full! and only 223ish calories ;)

Today, after hearing a lot about them, I decided to make Kale chips. After that I had some 90 calorie yogurt, followed by half of an apple, lightly sprinkled with sugar and microwaved for 20 seconds. SO filling and yummy! Kicked my late night cravings in the butttt!

Yesterday I ate like..half a container of hummus with pita chips and then fudge graham cracker cookies and then a granola bar. Darn you cravings! I felt so bad afterwards because i know i went way past my calorie limit, but not tonight!

for the kale chips all you gotta do is get the kale, wash and dry it, pull it off the stem and rip it up into pieces ( but not TOO small, they shrink down a TON.) Put maybe 2 Tbsp of Olive oil on and massage it on to every piece, bake it at 350 for 10 mins, flip them over, bake them again for 10 mins (make sure the larger pieces are crispy!) and sprinkle a bit of salt and enjoy! Surprisingly they aren't hot at all right out of the oven! Sooo good and kicks a crunchy salty craving in the butt.
