My scale is broken haha. I was just about to get back on the ball to find out it doesn't work anymore. So i'm scale free too :) I also started the 30DS again today and I know for that it is the inches that count, not the scale number!

What are some Calisthenics I could do in addition to the the normal crunches, push ups, lunges, squats? I don't have access to a gym currently, but I do have two 5lb hand weights. I'm mainly concerned about the the abdominals, The upper arm muscles, and the butt.

I don't know what your calorie budget is, but you need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day. As long as you are getting at least that I wouldn't be TOO worried, but be careful that you aren't too low. Try eating stuff that is high in calories. You are lucky, you can afford to indulge in some desserts without blowing…

I started IF yesterday on a 18/6 window of 12pm-6pm It was actually easier than I thought haha. But are you supposed to eat all of your calories in that eating window or just eat when you are hungry or want to?..I can eat a sandwich and have it stick around without getting hungry again for a good few hours.

The thing is I could choose to lose .5 a lb or 2lbs and it will always say 1200 because that is the minimum MFP says. I don't want to eat too little, but When I do my math based of of all the other websites my deficit should mean i eat less than 1200 a day. :/

Haha I still have some belly I wanna lose, but i'm wondering if I tone up will it even be visible? If I switch to maintaining i suppose i wont be losing anymore fat, right? WOuld it stop my slimming process? :/ humm

haha yeah i like 3 heaping spoonfuls of sugar..which is like 41/2 maybe 5 teaspoons of sugar..which is like..68 caloies..and then i need a scoop of creamer ( or whipped cream on top) to cut the acid taste and thats +20 cals. ahhh it makes me sad haha. I guess I like coffee for the artistic aspect and dessert style xD;

I love oatmeal :) sometimes I eat it more than once a day if i am running low on cals for the day because I know it will keep me full!

I eat a bowl of oatmeal or something when i wake up, then wait until i'm sure I wont barf if i move a ton haha. then afterwards i'm starving again so i eat more 8D; maybe a sandwich or something. I just eat what i'm in the mood for.

By "glass" they mean cup, and by cup, they mean 8 oz xD Some people count coffee and tea and stuff as water, but it is probably better if it is just plain old water. It just depends on your opinion.

I'm at the computer a tonnnnn so i'm in one place a lot. I just stick 4 16.9oz water bottles in the fridge and take one out, sip on it mindlessly haha, maybe add some crystal light to one c: and when i finish one, i make sure to get another, and i let them collect next to me so i can see how many i drank/have left. After 30 day shred I plan on doing 3 other Jillian Michaels DVDs :) I have ripped in 30, 6 week six pack, and killer buns and thighs. Depending on my final results from 30DS I might go wit h the buns and thighs, but if my results arent that great I may do ripped in 30..then 6 pack for last when i'm ( hopefully) not so soft…
