Absolutely nothing! LOL

I quit about a year ago and haven't seen a reason to re-up. I probably will with the new xpac.

Hi Ladies! I'm new to Cathe workouts. I just purchased Xtrain, STS, Low Max with the step, Athletic Training and Supersets! I am working on my 1RM to start STS here very soon. I just finished up Body Beast so I started a recovery week 3 days ago for a week. It feels strange not to exercise at all as I'm used to exercising…

I have been going back and forth trying to decide whether to order CLX. You just sold me on it! Can I ask how much your lifting? I'm currently doing TurboFire and I need to add some lifting! You look fantastic. So glad I came over here to check the forums.

Thanks for all the kind words and messages! I love MFP!

Oh don't let the clothing fool you. I have my share of loose skin. Losing that amount of weight, that's not something that can be avoided. But, I feel fantastic, loose skin or not! That loose skin reminds me where I came from, who I used to be, and why I don't ever want to go back! :) Look at it positively! Our skin…

Oh, but i still have more then 10 pounds left to lose. It's definitely hard work, but it can be done. You can do this. You just need to play around with your calorie intake, or change up your exercise plan. :)

Thank you! And thank you to those that added me! More motivation and support can't hurt! :)
-
Feel free to add me. I just started Week 3 so I'm not too far in. Would love a motivational buddy to keep me accountable!

I just started Week 3. Feel free to add me! I love TurboFire!

I did that workout on Sunday and loved both of them. I love Yoga though! I am still feeling my ab soreness tonight 2 days later from the Core 20!
-
Mine is the top one. I just ordered last week.
-
I'm starting tomorrow as well :)

You ladies are beautiful! This post has inspired me to start lifting again. Thank you!!

Housework and yardwork don't count as far as I'm concerned since I did those things before I decided to change my lifestyle a year ago.

I usually work out between 60 minutes - 90 minutes per day, 5 days/week. I have just discovered group fitness and love it so I have probably spent more time since I go to the Y and love to go to one class, then run to another. I am doing Zumba, cycling, and did a strength class today for the first time. Oh, and kickboxing…

This is a great post. I'll be following it as my gym membership ends in April. I've been going for three months and it's just a drag to drive there since the closest gym that offers childcare is 15 miles one way from home. I'm seriously debating buying a bench and more dumbbells for home. I'm just worried about getting the…

I am down 93 lbs. in 8 months time. You don't need surgery to lose weight. This whole journey, I have found out, is completely mental. It's learning how to change your lifestyle by eating right and exercising. The weight will come off. I never in a million years thought I could do it and I have. I just didn't know how. I…

Best Santa note EVER! :)

Thanks guys! I've sent out a ton of friend requests from this post and am out of requests for now. Please send me one if I haven't sent you one.

That would be the machine!

Water is exactly that....WATER. Those other drinks have artificial sweeteners and caffeine in them which I generally stay far far away from. I will treat myself to a coffee every now and then, but the artificial sweeteners in drinks like Crystal Light...no way. I just couldn't count that as my water intake. There are also…

I started having the same issues a couple months ago. I did some researching online and supposedly its a normal way for your body to react when you drop a lot of weight pretty quickly which is just what I did. I am taking vitamin B complex for stress, Vitamin E, Zinc, and 10 mg. of biotin. I do see new hair growth so I'm…

It's all about the math. It all depends on how much you want to lose each week. I was on a 1270/cal/week plan and all of a sudden halted for 3 weeks. I had decrease my weight lost in the MFP settings from 2 lbs./week to 1.5/lbs. a week. After 2 days of that, the scale finally budged a bit. Now I am at 1500/cal/day, but I'm…

I just looked at your diary. You haven't even eaten 1200 calories/day. There are some days where you are under 1,000. You are totally lacking whole foods. It will make it more difficult to lose on tortilla chips, pudding, Fritos, Tootsie pops, etc. You need more veggies and protein. It's always good to eat a protein with…

I'm a bit confused. Is this a thread to make a group for people who need to lose over 100 lbs.? If so, I would love to be apart of it!
-
Well this totally sucks for people like me that have not known better their whole life and have always eaten as they like and are now trying to change their lifestyle! I wish I would have had some more knowledgable MFP friends over the last couple months. I'm pretty overweight and have lost 40 lvs., but ended up plateauing…
