  • Thanks for the insight :) Simplifying my goals will be beneficial. I just need to commit to myself and stop the excuses, lol. I'm struggling with exercising. But this week I've done it 2x and i plan to get in 2 more day this week!!

  • Hello newest members... Welcome :) Just lost 6 lbs. Getting closer and closer to 25!!! Don't forget to DRINK WATER... Its recommended to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day. -Mal

  • Kfc is finger licking good. I like the strategy of having reward meal from time to time and just exercising it off checking it off your list. Thanks for the idea mama's. Keep it up, your motivating me to keep going. Day 2 of attempt 2 after the holidays.
  • My ultimate goal is 25 lbs by the end of this year. It's so hard for me to stick to this lifestyle. It's a lot of work. At least for me. So I've goals of 5 lbs at at time. However you get there but as long as we get there :) -Mal

  • Ladies, If you don't see the lbs come off don't get discouraged. It helps me to take each day at a time and a "lifestyle" mentality. I haven't lost much weight but i'm noticing it in my clothes, energy, and motivation :) Let's keep at it and motivating each other and ourselves <3

  • I bought this protein mix at walmart called Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein- chocolate flavor. Its really good. I mix it with 6oz of 1% milk and 1/2 cup of frozen mixed fruit and 1/2 a scoop of the mix. I've used banana's and strawberries. I use drink it for breakfast when i want to eat extra good.
