  • You are not alone I also struggle with this. I think its because on work days we have a routine and can plan our meals, not quite as easy on the off days.
  • Any Dancing games do it for me, currently have Just Dance 3. Went a whole hour today with it and wouldnt have continued but my husband got home with my 3 yr old. The three old always wants to dance and it misses up the Kinect sensor.

  • Thyroid was checked on last physical in November. It was fine. I dont take Multi-Vitamins because they make me nauseous., My sodium count could be lower but I try to combat that with water. I dont know about Iron count.

  • I put my food in the moring of. I put dinner in first because than I know what I have to work with for the rest of the day. If I didnt do this I would run out of calories by 10 am. I get up at 430 am. :wink:
