I run with a gun in each hand and a serious look on my face. *Not really, I live in England. I don't even own a gun

That is awesome, there is a massive difference! Another one here jealous of your figure, I've always had narrow hips and would love to have your proportions. Your waist looks tiny! Keep up the great work :flowerforyou:

I've been vegetarian since 1989 and the only times I've had vivid nightmares they've been related to events in my life, same as a previous poster stated. I very much doubt that your nightmares have anything to do with a vegetarian diet. I know lots of vegetarians and I've never heard anyone mention it affecting their…

Thanks so much for that idea! I love egg fried rice and egg fried noodles and struggle to know what to really do with quinoa. Just tried this out, I put some soy sauce in the water when I made up the quinoa then threw it in the wok with a couple of beaten eggs and some vegetables and it was amazing :) It was quite filling…

This! Peanut Butter Cups are dangerous for me to have in the house. I don't have the willpower to eat a couple and save the rest for another day, I just go into a trance and before I know it they're all gone. I can make 2 bags of miniature PB Cups disappear in about 10 mins :(

It's more about minimising the impact your lifestyle has on other species to the best of your abilities, it's impossible to eradicate suffering 100% from your lifestyle (pesticides etc, nobody can be perfect) but people try to do the best they can and it's better than doing nothing. Plus, I like a bit of squirrel in my soy…

And this is why we can't have nice things... People never remember the vegans who quietly go about their business, making their own choices and letting others make theirs. Nope, they remember the loud mouthed, militant vegans with superiority complexes who go round ramming their beliefs down everyone else's throats and…

It's because nobody really likes a preachy, militant lecture, it makes all vegetarians/vegans look bad. Meat eaters end up tarring us all with the militant brush once they've been on the receiving end of a self righteous ear bashing from some over zealous veggie. I've been 100% vegetarian and 98% vegan for 24 years and…

They look fine to me, they aren't fixed weight dumbbells so you can remove plates to adjust to a lighter weight you can lift initially and then add plates to increase the weight as you get stronger. If you want to add more weight later on you can always purchase additional plates. I started off with similar…

That actually made me laugh so hard... even over an hour later after initially reading it, every time it pops back into my head I start chuckling to myself again.

Quorn isn't dairy free, it contains milk so isn't suitable for people who are lactose intolerant or vegan (it also contains egg as well as milk)
