You look aboslutely beautiful. Your shape is awesome! I have PCOS, and carry ALL of my weight in my stomach.. not to mention a few wobbly bits elsewhere! I'm so jealous, and proud at the same time! Way to go, embrace this. You're a fantastic motivation!

That is awesome, there is a massive difference! Another one here jealous of your figure, I've always had narrow hips and would love to have your proportions. Your waist looks tiny! Keep up the great work :flowerforyou:

HUGE difference! You look awesome! We have the same weight gain areas! I swear my body looks just like yours! This really motivates me because I have PCOS and am TRYING to do it with a medication and it's -still- a slow process!
  • You're asking if we can see a difference?!

    Oh my goodness, yes!

Amazing job, what are your tricks???

    You're looking wonderful. :flowerforyou:

(and KEEP GOING, there are more changes in store if you keep it up!!)

Amazing job! There's a huge difference.

I'm inspired that you lost so much with PCOS and no meds. I have it too, and I've lost 28lbs so far without meds, but my dr wants me to start them this week. I'm undecided if I will or not.

thank u so much!!! as far as helpful "tricks", here's what has helped me a lot:

--eating 5 or 6 mini meals during the day
--being vegan (especially when i keep it PLANT-based: veggies and fruits rather than soy icecream and vegan treats, LOL)
--abstaining from sugar (fruits are cool...stuff with actually "sugar" as an ingredients sets me off tho)
--making my food and bringing to work, etc
--yoga, lite dance or aerobics (bad knee), and recently, bodyweight exercises for strength ("body by you" is the book i am using)
--Overeaters Anonymous, a 12 step group for overeaters and people with food issues
--logging consistently, accepting the fact that i have "over" days and getting right back on, instead of using it as an excuse to binge

probably many more, but that's all i can think of right now :)

mmmmm, i would say roughly since mid-2011 (right around when that "before" pic was taken, tho that was not my top weight ever)

and while my loss has been slow, i consider it a success that i have maintained all along the way: lose 5 pounds, camp out maintaining for several months. lose five more, camp out again. never intended it that way but my body is doing it that way
