Are you doing any kind of weight training? They say that is a big part of weight loss. I just broke though a 2 1/2 month plateau and what helped me was again the weight training also play with caloric intake but changing it up everyday with either going up or down with a 250-300 calorie range. Before I swim I shower and it helps my hair. I am a 5 day a week swimmer and the shampoo I use is Ultraswim Chlorine Removal Shampoo n then cheap conditioner. Hope this helps

Get a bottle like a soda bottle the smaller one. Then roll that along the bottom of the foot and and will help. Also what I a have done is sit on a flat surface and straighten the leg out grab and elastic band or even small towel and put around the ball of the foot and pull it forward. Want to committed to my weight lifting schedule and increase time on the arc trainer. Basically for me no slacking at all. Running 3x a week lift 2x day a week . Arc trainer 5 days a week with 2 5 min sessions. Just don't give in I am stronger then that.:bigsmile:
