Yeah I hooked on the bars. I just had the rocky road today and I am in love . I have not tried the water things yet. I have a ton of crystal light packets and before I get anything else I finish with what I have

Yeah my starting weigh in 2011 was 335. I had many ups and downs . Been though surgeries injuries so been side lined a few times. Finally back on track with diet exercise and all other things. Just kinda blew my mind with weigh going down so fast. Thanks for your help

Wow I was just looking at the charge and looks really cool. I have a chance to get a My Zone its kinda like a polar with the chest strap and battery and watch all for under a 100.00 bucks

Last night into today has not been good. I usually not the type to binge eat but it happened last night into today. I ate and entire bag of pretzels with mayo. Yes i said mayo something about mayo its crazy. I ate till I got sick then once I felt better finished of the bag of pretzels. :s

Sorry about the confusing post. What it comes down I love my elliptical and zumba lifting just not putting them in and order that works for me. I just need to reset my own schedule and get my a@@ in gear the right way. Thank you all by the way.

Thank you all today I backed off my cardio and did some big time lifting. Still doing my Zumba classes but dropping back on elliptical time. Going to try and do 2 miles instead of 3 and add more lifting.

I do all my workout in the day time. I don't drive so I take a bus in usually around 10 am to 1 pm is my workout times

Thank you. I keep coming back for more and refuse to give up on myself. I have started changing things up to day by doing prep to the harder stuff and put it in the fridge so I can grab and warm it up it and continue with the bigger things.
