Lots of people do
But do you weigh all your solid food on a food scale? How do you know your calorie intake otherwise?
How long are you "stuck"?0 -
couple weeks I have been stuck but food and schedule have been not on point 100%. A lot of changes going at my gym so its kinda hard. I don't really use a food scale a lot usually just my dinner. I saw specialist about 6 months back and she set me out at 1800 calorie diet but since decided to try maybe bumping it up to see if would help and it did but know I am stuck again.0

I've contemplated the food scale idea - I don't actually use one at the moment, I tend to 'over estimate' just to be on the safe side and ensure I'm not going 'over' without realising it. I totally understand the logic to weighing your food but for me it's a little unsustainable to weigh an apple before I eat it. For things like rice, pasta, etc - absolutely - weigh, weigh, weigh. But I'm not going to buy a banana from the shop as a snack and then whip out my scales to check it's exactly 100g. My personal non expert human advice is - you are keeping yourself VERY fit which is brilliant. If you feel you need to bump up your calories to see how that works for you, then by all means boost them by 100 and check your progress. If you aren't losing then, I'd suggest speaking to a PT at your gym or a nutritionist and they can delve a little deeper.
I do agree with the comments above - tracking every thing you eat right now is going to help in the long run and make you aware of what you are consuming.0
