HILARIOUS! I'm happy for no chub rub, but thrilled that I'm not the only woman dealing with this. HAHAHAHAHA!

Thanks everyone! All this information helps a lot! I've had my pity party, and now I'm over it. Thank you so much for the support and advice!

Hysterical!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH, that's a really good point!

Truth? I have NO idea. I have always just said "I want to lose weight." I'm discovering that I don't really know what I want, or what that even means. But, I'm trying to learn!

HILARIOUS!

I have SO been there! I've got 100 pounds to lose and it seems to be going SO SLOW! But, I'm determined to make lifestyle changes, and I know the weight will come off. Truth? It's okay to cry - because you're acknowledging how you feel about who/what you are. It's when you don't own your emotions that you ignore them and…

Tomorrow I will complete day 3 of week 3. I love the program, and I can feel my prorgress. Each day of the week, I can feel my recovery time shortening. It's awesome. I intend to sign up for a 5K once I'm done and running the 3.1 miles regularly. A good tip: make sure you're using the correct running form, and go as slow…

Don't cry, sweetie! Just keep working for it, and it will come. Concentrate on how positive you feel, and how AMAZING you are doing, and soon you will start to feel AND see results. It's hard, I KNOW! I'm weighing in this week and trying to NOT psych myself out to be devastated if the scale says I gained. I'm going to roll…

Like a lot of the others, I'm doing the C25K to get my running up to "speed". Another thing that helped me was to correct my running form! Man, I was doing ALL the wrong things and as soon as I looked ahead, shortened my stride, and slowed down, I felt MUCH better during the longer runs. Seriously, I'm only on week three,…

Hi Erica, I'm having the same issue you are. I'm definitely eating back some of my exercise calories, and really working out! My clothes are looser, I look and feel great, but the scale is THWARTING me! Just keep at it...I know it's hard, and I really want the number results too, but give yourself some more time and push…

I am in agreement! I started running in 2010 before I got pregnant again, and on the treadmill I was easily running 2 miles. Outside? Without the cushiness of the treadmill?? Thought I was gonna die! Now, I'm adapting, and liking it outside so much better. And, I DO feel like I am accomplishing something more.

I am SOOOO there with you this morning, except my problem is in the reverse. My clothes are looser, my wedding ring slides around on my finger. I look in the mirror and see the changes in my face and arms. I'm more flexible, and feel lighter, but that darn scale is working totally against me! UGH! I know I'm getting…

I stopped eating so much fast food! I love me some Jack In the Box, but it makes my ankles swell up, lol! So, now we only eat ou once per week, and I get something (relatively) healthy. After my Biggest Loser weigh-in at work tomorrow, I will take a look at what I'm eating now and see what other tweaks I need to make.

Something that helps us (other than having no money to eat out, lol) is planning out meals for the week. I love to cook, but don't have the time, so on Sundays my husband and I sit down and decide what we're gonna eat each night for the week. On the days I exercise after work, we choose something easy like a frozen lasagna…

Super awesome!!! I'm sticking right around 1200 calories, and burning between 200 and 300 each day. I'm hoping that's my magical formula. Anyway, good for YOU!!!!!

I don't want to be a size 2 at all! For one thing, I don't think I could get there. Secondly, I also don't want to be skin and bones. I want to lose almost 100 pounds, but that would still put me around 130-140. I'm afraid that might be way too small for me, so even though that's my goal, I am DEFINITELY going to see where…

OMG, totally hate balloons and deep water! I've never heard anyone else say that.

INCREDIBLE!!!! Congratulations to you both. You are today's inspiration for me.

Hello ladies! I'm new to this site, too, and I just love it so far! I have at least 100LBS to lose, but we all struggle with our own personal fitness battles, so we're all in it together! I'm logging on daily, and hoping to make some new friends for support. How are you gals tackling your weightloss?

Hi all! I'm new to my fitness pal, and also just (re)started the C25K program. I'm on Week 2, day 2. I feel like it ramped up really fast this time, but last time I did it, I was running on a nice cushy treadmill in an air conditioned gym. Now, I'm out at the park on the concrete, so it's a little tougher. But, I'm not…
